AI Audit & Assurance

Know what your AI
is ready to do.

A scoped review of application behavior, governance, and organizational readiness—with findings that people can examine and act on.

For boards, technology leaders, product owners, and teams preparing AI applications for wider use.

The operational challenge

An approval needs more than a convincing demo.

Teams need a clear account of what was tested, which assumptions remain, and how failures are handled. Without that evidence, it is difficult to judge whether an application is ready for its intended use.

Define the review boundary before collecting evidence.

Agree the application, access, testing permissions, criteria, and reporting audience. Distinguish technical findings from governance gaps and business readiness. Agree independence arrangements when TekMindz also participates in delivery.

What we can build together

A focused scope. A connected approach.

Proposed capabilities to explore during discovery. Final scope follows your systems, priorities, and implementation constraints.

01

AI application testing

Examine the behavior and integration boundaries of an authorized application in a defined test environment.

  • Adversarial and misuse scenarios in scope
  • Data access and tool-permission boundaries
  • Ranked findings and reproducible evidence
02

Governance gap assessment

Review the documented responsibilities and controls for the AI lifecycle against agreed criteria.

  • Policies, ownership, and approval records
  • Evidence and control-gap mapping
  • Remediation priorities and responsible owners
03

AI & data maturity

Assess whether data, platforms, skills, and operating practices support the next proposed investment.

  • Readiness across people, process, and systems
  • Evidence-based maturity observations
  • Sequenced improvement recommendations
04

Report & reassess

Make findings useful to both technical teams and decision-makers, then agree what should be re-tested.

  • Technical findings and executive summary
  • Fix plan and acceptance criteria
  • Retest scope and remaining limitations

Assessment criteria, testing authorization, access, independence, and reporting scope are agreed in advance. A review is not a certification, legal opinion, or guarantee that a system is secure or compliant. Any framework mapping must be confirmed for the engagement.

Intended value

Know what the next
phase should prove.

Define a useful outcome before the build. Evaluate the result against an agreed baseline.

01

A documented review boundary and evidence trail.

02

A prioritized set of findings with actionable next steps.

03

A basis for an informed release or investment decision.

A little more clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Is this a certification service?

No certification is promised. A scoped assessment can identify gaps and collect evidence against agreed criteria. Formal certification and regulatory determinations involve the appropriate authorized bodies and advisers.

Can you review a system another team built?

A review can be scoped for an existing application if appropriate access, documentation, testing permissions, and independence arrangements are available.

Can we start with a workshop?

Yes. Request a complimentary three-day discovery workshop to explore priorities, existing systems, and candidate use cases. Dates, participation, and deliverables are confirmed with the team; the enquiry form does not make a booking.

Do we need to commit to a full programme?

No. Discovery, implementation, and ongoing operations can be scoped separately. Agree the deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, and commercials for each stage.
