Charging Platforms

A better connected
charging experience.

Connect charging infrastructure, network operations, and driver journeys through software built around your business model.

For charge point operators, e-mobility service providers, charger OEMs, and workplace or commercial charging operators.

The operational challenge

A charger connection is only the beginning.

Operators need to see faults, resolve failed sessions, manage tariffs, and reconcile payments. Drivers need a clear route from finding a charger to completing a charge. Disconnected tools make both harder.

Design the platform around real journeys.

Map the operator and driver workflows first. Then define the charger interface, platform services, and business integrations needed to support those journeys, including failure and recovery paths.

What we can build together

A focused scope. A connected approach.

Proposed capabilities to explore during discovery. Final scope follows your systems, priorities, and implementation constraints.

01

Charge management

A proposed CMS scope connecting charger onboarding, status, sessions, diagnostics, and remote operations.

  • Asset hierarchy and configuration
  • Alerts and incident workflows
  • Reporting and operational analytics
02

Driver & eMSP experiences

Web and mobile journeys shaped around charging access and transparent session information.

  • Charger discovery and availability
  • Residential, workplace, and captive use
  • Account, wallet, and session history
03

Interoperability & roaming

Integration engineering that tests actual equipment and partner behavior, including interrupted connections.

  • OCPP integration and diagnostics
  • OCPI partner integration
  • Compatibility and regression testing
04

Commercial operations

Connect charging sessions to the financial and administrative systems your business relies on.

  • Tariff and billing workflows
  • Payment-provider integrations
  • Settlement and reconciliation

Equipment, firmware, protocol versions, payment-provider availability, roaming agreements, and local requirements determine the final scope. Integration work does not imply certification or universal charger compatibility.

Intended value

Know what the next
phase should prove.

Define a useful outcome before the build. Evaluate the result against an agreed baseline.

01

A clearer path from charger events to operator action.

02

Consistent driver journeys across connected services.

03

Financial workflows that can be traced to sessions.

A little more clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Do you support every charger and protocol version?

Compatibility must be verified for the hardware, firmware, and protocol version in scope. A discovery phase should include sample equipment or a test environment and agreed acceptance criteria.

Can we start with an integration instead of a new CMS?

Yes. A scoped integration, diagnostic workflow, or testing engagement may be a useful first step when an existing platform already serves the business.

Can payment and roaming be included?

They can be proposed as part of the scope. Provider contracts, partner access, reconciliation rules, and regional requirements need to be established before implementation.
